10 WEEK ONLINE CHALLENGE
JOIN THE 10 WEEK ONLINE CHALLENGE:
Although we can't access gyms right now that doesn't mean we can't set ourselves goals and achieve them. Even if we are home bound!
This challenge is designed to be completed at home. Home workouts can be just as effective as workouts within the gym. You will have access to 3 x virtual training sessions a week via the app Zoom.
You do not need equipment to complete this challenge. When doing the workouts you are provided with alternative bodyweight exercises if you don't have equipment.
If you're willing to put in the work and follow the advice you're given you can expect an amazing transformation despite being home bound.
You'll walk away from the challenge with a skillset you can apply to your daily life such as knowledge on how to count macros, train with purpose & Intensity, correct technique & more.
