If you missed out on joining the current 10 Week Challenge you can now jump in the final 3 weeks to get a taste of what’s involved and what it’s all about.



  • 3 x Zoom group training sessions per week. These sessions are all recorded and can be rewatched for up to 7 days after the class finishes. Live sessions are held on Tuesday 6:00am, Thursday 6:00am and Saturday 9:00am.
  • 4x new meal plans & recipes for each every week. This includes 2x meal plans containing meat + 2 x vegetarian plans.
  • Flexible dieting guide + zoom recording to educate you on energy intake and output, understanding macros, using the food tracking app ‘My Fitness Pal and other nutritional related content.
  • 2 x Additional training programs. One catered to dumbbells and the other to bodyweight.
