10 WC Em Craig
This is my 6th challenge with Em which is now a part of my everyday lifestyle. I enjoy keeping fit, working out online with support and a meal plan to help maintain and lose weight as well. Em has created a community where there is a lot of support if you want it. Like anything the more you put in the more you get back.
I have lost over 15kgs in the last 18 mths so feel alot better about myself. I’d like to lose a little more weight and my goals are
Modest now. I’m not trying to lose 10kg’s each time I do a challenge just incremental wins.

I’m really enjoying this challenge. I use to be fit many years ago but haven’t worked out for a very long time. It’s been hard getting back into it but I’m loving it. My mental health has improved massively. My general health’s is a lot better. Thanks Emily for an amazing challenge. This certainly won’t be my last one.

Honestly never been able to stick a diet or eating healthy. But this plan Em does make it feel like you aren’t even on a diet. The food is so tasty and filling and you get to decide what you want to eat. The workouts are hard but they leave you feeling amazing afterwards! I purchased the 6 week online boot camp with Emily Craig because I never had any knowledge on how to eat healthy and no motivation to get fit. Emily’s program has helped me a lot.
As much as I haven’t stuck to the plan as much as I should have, I now have a clear understanding on what foods I should be eating and how to train / workout and I have a lot more motivation and drive to get fit.
