10 WEEK CHALLENGE IN PERSON

$60 per week
10 Weeks minimum

  • 2x Group Training sessions per week with 4 times to choose from held at Melbourne Muscle Gym 379 Bayswater Rd 3153. Group 1 Session times – 7:30pm Tuesday & 6:00am Saturday. Group 2 session tues – 7:30pm Thursday and 7:00am Saturday.
  • Additional 3 x Zoom group training sessions per week
  • New meal plans & recipes each week including vegetarian options.
  • Educational Content including Zoom sessions on nutrition, tracking your intake and flexible dieting.
  • Flexible dieting guide to educate you on energy intake and output.
  • Your choice of training program whether that be bodyweight, dumbbells or gym based.
  • Supportive online Facebook forum with 24/7 support
