If you’ve been thinking about joining a previous online challenge but couldn’t commit to the 10 weeks you can now trial the current challenge for the final 3 weeks and get a feel for what its all about.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
4x new meal plans & recipes for each every week (total of 12 different meal plans). This includes 2x meal plans containing meat + 2x vegetarian plans in PDF format. These meals and recipes include methods on how to make each recipe and include all nutritional info per ingredient/meal. Each plan adds up to roughly 1600-1700 cals per PDF.
3 x Zoom pre recorded training sessions per week. These are emailed directly to you on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00am AEST.
Flexible dieting guide + a pre recorded video to help educate you on energy intake and output, understanding macros, using the food tracking app ‘My Fitness Pal and other nutritional related content.
2 x Additional training programs. One catered to dumbbells and the other to bodyweight.
