I’ve always struggled to lose weight and have tried countless diets and training methods (you name it and I’ve probably tried it) however, I found nothing ever really worked and I didn’t enjoy any of these methods. I was fed up with letting my weight hold me back in life and constantly feeling unhappy. One day something clicked inside of me and I was determined to commit to making a change. I reached out to Emily and signed up for her 10 Week Challenge in January 2020. Emily has pushed me when I doubted myself, and encouraged me to keep going when I wanted to give up. Seeing the results and weight fall off me fuelled my fire to keep going and since then I have signed up to 2 more challenges with her as well as one on one personal training. I now enjoy exercising mostly and I’ve lost over 20kgs and honestly feel like a completely different person to who I used to be. I’m actually starting to like who I see in the mirror which I never thought I would be able to say. I’ll be forever grateful for Emily and look forward to continuing training with her.
