I decided to sign up to Ems 10 Week Challenge as I wanted make changes not just physically but also mentally. Before finding Em I was constantly trying to lose weight in an unhealthy and unsustainable way. I was cutting out food groups, over restricting and under eating which always led to binge eating. I used to wander around the gym aimlessly with no idea what I was doing which lead to me giving up and thus achieving no results. Joining Ems challenges has been the best decision I have made! I have learnt so much including the importance of nutrition and a structured training program. Em has helped me to achieve so much in such a short space of time. Since starting my whole mindset has changed, I now look at food in a positive way and I feel the fittest and healthiest that I have in forever, all whilst eating the foods I love and enjoying the training program.
