Duration: 10 Weeks starting on the 2nd of October

All participants of this challenge will receive the following:

  • 2x Semi Private group sessions per week held at Melbourne Muscle Gym.
    Session times are:
    Tuesday at 7:00PM and Saturday at 6:45am.
    You do not need to be member of the gym to take part in these. 
  • Structured periodised training program split into 5 week blocks with access to exercise video library.
  • Customised macros to suit your goals and starting point. 
  • 2x Weekly sample meal plans. All recipes can be made in bulk to assist in saving time. Vegetarian options also available. 
  • FREE copy of my Macro Friendly Recipe Book once it is ready to launch.
  • 1:1 Guidance and tweaking of nutrition to ensure it fits within your prescribed macro targets.
  • Daily checklists and goal setting to ensure accountability
  • Access to our Challenge Facebook Forum + WhatsApp group
  • Flexible Dieting Guide to explain how to track your intake and eat the foods you love while eating within your prescribed macros
  • Educational Zoom calls
