All Online Coaching clients will receive the following:
- Structured periodised training program split into 5 week blocks with access to exercise video library.
- Customised macros to suit your goals and starting point as well as meal planning to ensure you’re eating within your set targets.
- 1x Weekly 1:1 checkin either via Zoom or phone. These are completed on Saturdays or Mondays.
- 2x Weekly sample meal plans. All recipes can be made in bulk to assist in saving time
- Daily checklists and goal setting to ensure accountability
- Access to our Challenge Facebook Forum + WhatsApp group
- Flexible Dieting Guide explaining how to track your intake and eat the foods you love while eating within your prescribed macros
- Educational Zoom calls
