Duration: 10 Weeks starting on the 5th of February


All participants of this challenge will receive the following:

  • Structured periodised training program split into 5 week blocks with access to exercise video library.
  • Customised macros to suit your goals and starting point as well as meal planning to ensure you’re eating within your set targets.
  • 1x Weekly 1:1 checkin either via Zoom or phone. These are completed on Saturdays or Mondays.
  • 2x Weekly sample meal plans. All recipes can be made in bulk to assist in saving time. Vegetarian options also available. 
  • Daily checklists and goal setting to ensure accountability
  • Access to our Challenge Facebook Forum + WhatsApp group
  • Flexible Dieting Guide explaining how to track your intake and eat the foods you love while eating within your prescribed macros
  • Educational Zoom calls

Love it em is so good

Em is a gem!

Em is one of the most beautiful souls I know. From the get go, she made me feel comfortable and helped me identify my goals and the next steps to achieving these. Em is incredibly knowledgeable and will tailor a program to your exact needs. She is dedicated and will push you to your limit. In saying this, when I haven't felt like I have achieved my goals, instead of making me feel bad about myself she helps me set new goals and encourages me to persist. I cannot recommend her enough.

My first 3 weeks has been going great. Becoming familiar with macros however, still combining this with flexible dieting has been eye opening. I’m usually always at gym so the eating is where I’ve been lacking. In 3 weeks I’ve already lost 3.1kg, amazing. Thank you EM

Food is so delish and plenty of variety.
No way does this feel like a diet. Feel very supported by Em with our weekly checkin’s.
