I purchased the 6 week online boot camp with Emily Craig because I never had any knowledge on how to eat healthy and no motivation to get fit. Emily’s program has helped me a lot.
As much as I haven’t stuck to the plan as much as I should have, I now have a clear understanding on what foods I should be eating and how to train / workout and I have a lot more motivation and drive to get fit. i have been training with em since january 2020 and she is an absolute godsend. I went into my first challenge feeling very embaressed and nervous but 3 challenges in and i will never look back. I have met so many amazing and inspiring people throughout this journey and thats what has gotten me through each 10 week challenge, the support is incredible and someone is always there to assist or answer questions. the workouts are different each week and it really pushes you to do the best you can, you get to the end of the challenge and look back and feel like youve accomplished something. these challenges dont just help you physically but mentally as well, im the happiest ive been and i am so aware now of what foods i am putting in my body, at the end of the day you can work your ass off but it comes down to the foods as well. thank you em for your dedication <3Bianca Verdun10 Week Challenge - OnlineMore than a workout challenge
Can't speak highly enough of Em and this challenge. It isn't just a workout and meal plan, The education alone on nutrition and tools to use for meal planning, counting macros, flexible eating, etc made the whole thing worth it and you also get to be a part of a super supportive community. With everything going on with lockdown it is so nice to have a support group to fall back on and hold you accountable and share connection that we are all missing under the circumstances.
