'A few years ago I was in an accident and suffered from a crushed vertebra which left me in constant pain even when just standing up. I underwent multiple procedures that provided little relief and felt like the only thing left to do was build up my strength especially my core strength. At first I was super hesitant about joining any type of training group or gym but then I found Emily! Em took on all my worries like an absolute champ whilst constantly motivating and empowering me to push my limits; by helping focus on the exercises I could do rather than limiting myself to what I could not. Even on my worst days, I had Em and a whole team behind me offering support and great advice, pushing me to go further and before long I went from barely being able to lift 10kgs to smashing out 60kg deadlifts. I started the journey only wanting to build my strength, but even after eating my favourite pastas and tacos and ice creams from her yummy meal plans, I ended up loosing almost a whopping 5kgs in 10 weeks.
