I have been training with Em on and off for years now. After 2 pregnancies within 2 years I’ve recently just started training with her again. I couldn't believe how weak my core was! It has now been 10 weeks that I have consistently been training with her again and I have lost 4 kilos in that time and feel stronger than I did before having my babies. Emily has taught me so much about my food intake and how to track macronutrients. I now have a much better understanding of food and energy intake which has also helped improve my relationship with food and has kept me on track. The weekly check ins and photos every 4 weeks keep me motivated to continue plus the change of up exercises. I love training with Em and I really believe I wouldn’t of been able to achieve these results on my own.
