I began my fitness journey before meeting Em and managed to lose X amount of kg on my own. I was so happy with my progress and wanted to take it to the next level and make my new goal to compete in a fitness competition and asked Em to coach me. I was training 6 days a week with a mixture of strength and cardio sessions - including doing 2 x one on one PT sessions with Em.
The best part was, I had an extensive meal plan tailored by Em based off foods that I enjoyed eating on a daily basis so never felt like I was overly restricted or missing out on anything!!
I entered the swimwear category for my first ever show and although I didn’t place, it was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. The fact I made it onto that stage and looking back at how far I had come I already felt like a winner.
Em was great and always pushed me above and beyond my limits that I didn’t even know existed. I couldn’t have been happier with my results and comparing the two photos above really shows the hard work we both put in to get me to the stage.
