'Emily Craig’s 10 week challenge was amazing! I was so unmotivated, eating and drinking whatever I wanted which is why I initially decided to join. After the 10 weeks was complete I lost almost 4kgs and my body shape had completely changed. The meal plans are awesome and packed with loads of yummy food so I was never left hungry. I love the community that’s created throughout the challenge in the Facebook group & being kept accountable to join the workouts. I absolutely loved it and recommended so many of my friends.
