Before I began training with Emily I never really thought too much about my weight as I have always been thin but my sister who’s struggled with her weight was keen to sign up for a challenge and so I signed up as well to support her. I can honestly say it’s been such a learning experience for me I never realised how unfit I was but Emily taught me so much about not only weight training but also about what I eat and how much that affects my body. My biggest change was definitely how I feel I have so much more energy and I’m sleeping better. I’m also feeling much better mentally which was a change I was not expecting. Everything I’ve learnt is definitely knowledge that I will continue to use throughout my life. I’ve now completed 3 challenges and excited to start the next, I love the support and encouragement the group give and I’ve met so many great new friends which is an extra bonus to the challenges.
