Emily’s 10 week challenge honestly changed my life. I have tried so many diets and workout plans and I could never stick to anything longer than 3 weeks. With the help of Emily I stayed motivated the entire 10 weeks and even when the challenge finished I found that all my habits had changed. I would honestly do the 10 week challenge for the rest of my life if I could, the support you receive is amazing and having a new weekly meal plan set out for you every Saturday was my favourite bit!
