I started training with Emily at the beginning of 2019. My sister had been training with Em and had achieved some amazing results and one day she recommended I come down for a training session at the gym. I fell in love from the very beginning!
From the moment I met Emily she was so welcoming and supportive with every attempt I made on different exercises. She taught me to love myself again, and to do so by living a lifestyle that doesn't feel restricted and like I'm on a ``diet``.
I never thought I was ``big`` but I lacked confidence and wanted to drop a bit of body fat and gain muscle especially after knee surgery. Emily corrected my technique which made me fall in love with exercises I once dreaded.
I actually began to crave working out and loved feeling I got after having a session with Emily!
She has amazed me which how she has adapted during covid, and I still feel that constant support from her, even though we don't see each other in person.
If anyone wants to make a lifestyle change and to reach goals and gain confidence, the best place to start is training and learning alongside Emily! I'm glad I did and appreciate all the hard work she has put into me and the challenges.
