All participants of this challenge will receive the following:
- 2x Semi Private group sessions per week held at Melbourne Muscle Gym in Bayswater. Address: 379 Bayswater Rd 3153.
Session times are:
Tuesday at 6:30PM & Saturday at 6:45am.
You do not need to have a gym membership to take part in these. - Structured periodised training program split into 5 week blocks with access to exercise video library.
- Customised macros to suit your goals and starting point.
- 2x Weekly sample meal plans. All recipes can be made in bulk to assist in saving time.
- 1:1 Guidance and tweaking of nutrition to ensure it fits within your prescribed macro targets.
- Daily checklists and goal setting to ensure accountability
