After my partner had a severe accident, I wasn’t in a good place mentally or physically. My weight was the heaviest it has ever been. I wasn’t sleeping well, eating correctly and had no motivation to exercise but when something like this impacts your life, it can have a massive effect on you.
I just wanted to feel good within myself again and live a healthier lifestyle, and be CONFIDENT.
