I'm loving the challenge, the food and the support from all! Just struggling with the work outs as I'm such a work out amateur. Wish there were some alternative work outs as I feel defeated when I attempt most of them as I just don't have that strength yet.

I purchased the 6 week online boot camp with Emily Craig because I never had any knowledge on how to eat healthy and no motivation to get fit. Emily’s program has helped me a lot.
As much as I haven’t stuck to the plan as much as I should have, I now have a clear understanding on what foods I should be eating and how to train / workout and I have a lot more motivation and drive to get fit. I can already see and feel results and I am feeling a lot more confident with my body and also feel a lot healthier so thanks Em 🥰
